Introducing a case study of the stainless steel motor that has received feedback on improvements in hygiene and workability.

The drive motor section of the crusher (Power Mill) used by the customer was an exposed painted iron motor. Additionally, the uneven surfaces of the motor section were prone to the accumulation of contaminants and paint peeling, making it difficult to clean. By switching to an all-stainless steel motor, it became possible to keep the exposed motor of the Power Mill clean. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues - The drive motor section was an exposed painted iron motor. - The uneven surfaces of the motor section caused the accumulation of contaminants and paint peeling, making it uncleanable. ■ Proposal - Switch to an all-stainless steel motor. ■ Result - The exposed motor of the Power Mill was able to be kept clean. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

If the disposal risk of manufactured products and the frequency of exchanges are high, it is possible to reduce the total cost.

The stainless steel motor "Susumo" has been adopted for freezer devices that freeze food and ingredients. By repeatedly cleaning inside the freezer device, there were two issues: "peeling of paint and rust occurrence and peeling of iron motors" and "occurrence and peeling of white rust (powder) of aluminum motors." Therefore, we introduced our product to solve these issues. By replacing iron and aluminum motors with stainless steel motors, we can reduce the total cost when the risk of product waste and the frequency of replacements are high.
